San Francisco, CAPosted Feb 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for Software Engineer with a long, very structured journey that included multiple rounds beyond coding, and the questions became significantly more intense.

OA — I started with an online assessment.
Phone screens — I then completed two phone screens.
Onsite (multiple rounds) — I progressed to an onsite with four rounds, where I expected difficult questions and many follow-ups.
Additional checks — After the onsite, there were three reference checks. Outcome: I received an offer; the takeaway was that sustained performance across both technical depth and communication/culture fit mattered.
