I interviewed for Software Engineer and found the interviewer experience inconsistent, even though I had already cleared the recruiter stage.

Recruiter call — Initial recruiter conversation.
Senior interviewer (professional) — A very professional senior interviewer.
Junior interviewer (ineffective) — The next round was with a junior engineer who didn’t seem effective at interviewing or testing. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway was that the variability in interview quality made the process hard to gauge fairly.
