Pocket Fm Software Engineer interview experience

It started with an interview consisting of a DSA round where I was asked two DSA questions. I worked through both and solved them in what I considered an optimal way.

After that, the panel went silent and I didn’t hear back for about two weeks. When I finally got a response, it was negative, even though I felt the solutions were solid. The biggest sting wasn’t just the rejection—it was the ghosting and the sense that the feedback didn’t match what I had done. I left with the impression that the process wasn’t as transparent or consistent as it should’ve been.
