I had a phone screen first, followed by a technical interview conducted on a code-sharing site like CodePen.

The technical session had a clear flow: an introduction, then a challenge, then more back-and-forth discussion as I explained what I was doing.

It felt pleasant overall. I didn’t get the sense they were trying to trick me; the structure made it easier to stay focused while showing how I tested the code as I worked.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the interview itself felt respectful and well run compared to others I’d seen. The biggest difference for me was that the conversation centered on evaluating the code I wrote, not just arriving at a single finished output.
