After a recruiter call where I was asked to share a personal story, I was sent two CodeSignal challenges.

The whole process felt structured and fairly standard in pace, and the recruiter stayed actively involved, communicating clearly as the point of contact.

A little while after that, I went onsite and it was a mix of formats: one behavioral conversation, a chat with an engineer, and then a coding challenge. Overall it felt like they were trying to balance communication and role fit with actual engineering work, and I left each round understanding exactly what the next step would be. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the communication and clarity were the parts that stood out most.
