I took an online assessment, and then the recruiter reached out to schedule a behavioral and technical interview.

Both interviews landed on the same day, which made it feel like they were trying to get through everything quickly.

The behavioral portion ran about 30 minutes, and the technical interview took around 45 minutes. The overall pacing was fast, and there wasn’t a lot of time between conversations. The day ended feeling like a lot had happened without much time to decompress.

I wasn’t offered the role after that. What I remember most is how compressed the scheduling was, because it made the experience feel efficient on paper, but a little intense in practice.
