My first step was an initial phone interview that went really well.

The interviewer was professional and nice, answered my questions, and also explained the company and the position in a clear way.

After that, there was a code test, and then I moved on to an onsite interview. Across the conversations, the tone stayed constructive and straightforward.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the initial process felt respectful and well-run, mainly because the phone interviewer was communicative and the overall experience felt low-drama.
