I rarely write reviews, but this one annoyed me enough that I had to.

My onsite started with a hiring manager call, then I had system design and coding in the same round. The system design interviewer was unusually distracting and honestly felt obnoxious—he was busy on his phone and I had to bring him back to what I was saying multiple times.

At one point I stopped talking because it felt pointless, and it took him a full minute to realize I’d gone quiet. He tried to play it off like a connection issue, but it didn’t feel believable. The coding round itself was fine, but I also disliked how the setup worked: I was given boilerplate code over a Google Meet chat
