My process started with a simple coding challenge, which was then followed by a more complex take-home coding challenge.

If that went well, the next step was a phone call with the hiring manager.

The final stage was an onsite interview. Overall the pipeline felt like it was building from smaller evaluation to a bigger take-home, and then closing with live conversations.

I didn’t end up receiving an offer, and the main thing I remember was how the process escalated in scope—especially moving from an initial screen into a take-home before even getting to the manager conversation.
