Plaid Software Engineer interview experience

It started with a recruiter call, then I moved into meetings with engineers for a system design interview. After that, there was also a coding problem interview with engineers.

The structure was easy to track because the rounds were laid out as recruiter first, then design, then coding. Overall, it didn’t feel technically chaotic—just a standard progression through the major interview categories.
