I interviewed for the Account Executive role through an external agency, with a moderate overall process and a late October 2021 timeline.

Agency coordination + recruiter screen — An outside recruiting agency first sourced the process, starting with a conversation with an internal recruiter.
Hiring manager interview — I then met with the hiring manager to discuss fit and expectations.
Panel Zoom interview (4 back-to-back interviews) — The final stage was a Zoom panel with four interviews run consecutively, making the day feel fast-paced and intensive.

Outcome: I didn’t move forward; despite the structured flow, the process ended without an offer.
