I interviewed for the Account Executive role in a fairly standard three-round format that focused heavily on private-market knowledge and sales motivation, with quick feedback between stages.

Recruiter phone screen (about 15 minutes) — Basic questions about the role and what I knew about VCs, private equity, and M&A.
Hiring manager interview — Deeper behavioral/sales-focused questions; they wanted to understand why I was interested in the private market and sales.
Final interview with senior leadership (incl. managing director(s)) — Another conversation led by higher-level leaders; the last round was in person, and there was no required pitch or presentation.
Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the overall tone was standard and efficient.
