I interviewed for the Account Executive role in early December 2020 and found the recruiter stage fine but the in-person chemistry difficult.

Recruiter phone screening — The recruiter was engaging and asked basic questions, but I felt she couldn’t answer some questions I asked.
Hiring manager/team interview — The second stage involved a hiring manager and another team member who felt disengaged and even hostile, making the conversation feel uncomfortable.

Outcome: I didn’t move forward; despite some coordination and materials provided, the tone from the team made it hard to feel welcomed.
