I interviewed for the Account Executive role with an average, competency-focused process in early November 2021.

Initial recruiter/intro — I started by getting a feel for the company’s activities and what the role would involve.
Situational competency interview — I was asked situational/competency questions in a conversation with senior development representatives, and I generally felt comfortable.

Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the experience felt friendly and not overly tricky, but I still wasn’t selected.
