I experienced an easy, straightforward loop for an Account Executive role where I interviewed back-to-back with multiple team members in one day.

Recruiter screen (implied first step) — After an initial screening, I moved directly into the on-site interviews.
Onsite: 3 back-to-back interviews — I met with three different people in one day across different levels/roles; they were pleasant and asked thought-provoking questions, and I had time to ask plenty back. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the takeaway was that the day felt efficient and the interviewers were engaged, making it easy to learn what they cared about.
