I interviewed for the Account Executive role in a three-stage process that included a role-play component; it was described as intense but still enjoyable.

Round 1 (stage 1) — Part of a structured three-step interview flow.
Role play stage — A role-play exercise with intense questioning from the team.
Final stage (stage 3) — Continued evaluation within the same multi-stage format.
Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that they valued genuine interest in the financial industry and practical readiness for interactive scenarios.
