I interviewed for the Account Executive role in an extended, director-heavy sequence that started from outreach and then moved through multiple high-level conversations.

Initial outreach — I connected after being approached on LinkedIn.
HR conversation — a discussion with HR.
Hiring manager meeting — another step to evaluate fit.
Business Development team loop — four interviews over two hours with multiple senior leaders (directors/ADs/MDs). Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway was how intense the final stage felt because so many senior stakeholders were involved.
