My Account Executive interview process was average in difficulty and followed a four-round structure that ended with a role-play.

HR phone screening (~20 minutes) — I started with a short screening with HR.
Interview with NY office supervisor — I interviewed with a local office supervisor.
Final interview with senior manager (Seattle) — The final stage was with senior management.
Role-play in the final stage — The last interview included a role-playing question. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and my takeaway was that role-play performance was a meaningful part of the evaluation.
