I went through an easy but oddly sour experience for an Account Executive role after a promising, fast-moving HR start.

HR call — I received an initial call after they reviewed my CV, then a quick follow-up that set up an interview the next day because managers liked my resume.
Onsite: two-part interview with sales managers — I met two sales managers; one spent about 45 minutes interviewing me and showing me around. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and my takeaway was that even with a fast schedule and good initial interest, the onsite portion didn’t go well.
