Seattle, WAPosted Jun 2013 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview process felt pretty intense.

First there was an initial conversation covering my background, base knowledge of the VC/PE industry, my level of interest, and culture fit. After that, I went through a series of interviews where three people came in one at a time, and the total time for those sessions added up to about three hours.

At the end, there was a Caliper test that took about two hours, and I also met briefly with the CEO for around ten minutes.
