I went through a smooth, efficient multi-interview process for an Account Executive role, with the whole timeline feeling fast and organized.

HR intro call — I talked through my background and the role in an initial call with HR/recruiting.
In-person interviews (multiple) — I interviewed with several people in person; the process emphasized clear communication and fit.
Skype interview (inside sales manager, Seattle) — I met with the manager of the inside sales team via Skype and discussed the position and expectations. Outcome: I was offered the position within a few days and accepted, and the takeaway was that the structure and responsiveness made it feel professional and personal.
