PitchBook Account Executive interview experience

• Recruiter intro — I began with an initial call with a recruiter.
• Two hiring manager interviews — I then met with two hiring managers.
• Final interview: Director of Sales Development — The last interview was with a director in sales development.
• Personality assessment + decision — After the interviews, I completed a personality assessment and received a final decision about four days later.

Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the process felt structured and moved fast once the rounds were completed.
