After I sent my CV through LinkedIn, they scheduled an initial interview for early March.

The call itself was quick and pretty smooth, around fifteen minutes.

The recruiter told me they would get back in touch, but the timeline never materialized. By the time thirty days had passed, I still hadn’t heard anything back, so the process stalled right after that first conversation. I never received an offer, and the experience mostly left me with a lingering sense of unresolved communication. Even though the first call was pleasant, the lack of follow-up made the whole process feel unfinished.
