My process felt pretty transparent from the start.

Right from the first contact, they made it clear about salary and benefits, and it wasn’t the kind of setup where compensation gets discussed only at the end.

The technical part was a bit more challenging than the earlier conversations. That difficulty also seemed to filter people pretty effectively, since it didn’t feel like it was designed for low-signal candidates. Overall it felt straightforward—clear communication on the business side and a technical stage that actually tested competence. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the process itself felt clean and honest.
