A recruiter was very friendly, and the interviews flowed well.

I spoke with the person I was scheduled with for the screening, and the conversations felt smooth and positive.

The technical interview was a bit harder than the earlier stages, but what helped a lot was that the technical lead I met was also very kind and made the tone feel supportive even while testing skills. I appreciated that mix—serious technical evaluation without feeling like I was being “gotcha’d.” Even so, I didn’t end up with an offer, and the main takeaway for me was that the hardest part was still the technical level, not the interpersonal experience.
