The process started with a recruiter conversation, more of a back-and-forth about my experiences and what I was looking for as a next step.

After that, I met the tech lead, where the discussion got more detailed and focused heavily on technology and software engineering.

The final stage was live coding with the tech lead. They evaluated how I solved problems, how well I knew the tools involved, and whether I followed good programming practices. That last stage was hands-on and clearly centered on execution.

I didn’t get an offer, but the interview journey felt coherent from conversation into practical assessment. The experience ended with me knowing exactly where they were evaluating me, even if I didn’t land the role.
