I was contacted through a recruitment company and scheduled a meeting with a tech lead.

The conversation didn’t feel engaging from the start—it felt like the tech lead already had someone in mind and was going through the motions. There was essentially zero warmth or enthusiasm.

After the call, I was told they would reach out soon, but nothing happened for about fifteen days. When I followed up myself to get clarity, they responded briefly that I wasn’t approved, with no real feedback. I didn’t get an offer, and what stayed with me most was how abrupt and non-informative the ending was after waiting.
