My process started with a phone screening, and it quickly transitioned into a panel format.

In the screening, they asked me multiple machine learning questions plus one coding question that was LeetCode medium-to-hard.

I felt confident going in and solved the coding piece using BFS, and I also answered the ML questions correctly. The weird part came after that: despite how the screening went, they didn’t follow up—eventually it felt like I was ghosted.

The difficulty was real, but what stuck with me most was the disconnect between performing well and getting no closure afterward.
