Pinterest Machine Learning Engineer interview experience

The session itself went fine enough that I expected to hear back, but after the interview I basically got ghosted.

My guess was that it came down to gaps in my ads-related deep learning experience, and in a tight market that likely made the process move on without further communication. Either way, I never got to the next stage, and the lack of closure left the whole experience feeling unresolved.
