What I remember most about my run through Pinterest was how organized it felt from the start.

HR responded quickly when I asked questions, and the process itself was described as clear and neat.

They sent me a PDF in the email that helped me understand the interview process. That upfront material made the whole thing feel less intimidating and easier to follow, especially compared to processes where you’re left guessing what the rounds actually look like.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience was marked as average in difficulty, and the communication flow was genuinely reassuring.
