Pinterest Financial Analyst interview experience

Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview was with the manager and the team, focused on sales compensation programming and planning.

It was a more targeted discussion—less about a broad walkthrough and more about how compensation planning worked and how the team thought about it.

I didn’t receive an offer, and my main takeaway was that the conversation was very specific to the team’s planning needs. I felt like the interview was geared toward evaluating how well I could engage with those compensation and planning topics directly.
