My process started with a short recruiter conversation that felt pretty straightforward.

After about ten minutes, I was scheduled for a technical assessment that I had to complete within two weeks. The timeline expectation was clear, and it was easier to stay focused because the next step depended entirely on passing that assessment.

Once I finished the technical assessment and passed that stage, I understood that the next step would be a full round of interviews. Overall, the recruiter side and the handoff into the assessment were supportive and gave me enough clarity on what “passing” would unlock, even though I hadn’t yet reached the interview loops themselves.
