My experience ran long overall, and it didn’t feel like there was much meaningful screening early on.

The biggest frustration was responsiveness—HR wasn’t very quick to follow up, and I didn’t receive feedback after the process.

The first conversation also focused too narrowly on specific Ads experience, which didn’t match how I thought about my background. I felt like the screener was evaluating a piece of my resume instead of getting a fuller understanding of what I’d actually brought to product work more broadly.

It ended without an offer, and honestly the combination of the slow timeline and lack of feedback made it more frustrating than it needed to be.
