I experienced a difficult, interview-heavy journey over Zoom focused on algorithm work and concurrency.

Online testing + scheduling — I started with a cognitive-style test plus a personality test, then was contacted to schedule a Zoom interview.
Zoom technical interview — With an interviewer I’d met at a career fair, I first solved an algorithm problem in Java, then moved to a multithreading question.
Wrap-up discussion — The interview ended with the interviewer going deeper on an internship during the conversation. Outcome: No offer, and the process felt like a technical gate with algorithm + multithreading as the core evaluation.
