My loop included an initial CCAT plus an “easy” but fast-moving technical interview sequence, ending in an offer the same day.

Pre-screen assessment (CCAT) — I had to complete the CCAT before the technical portion.
Phone screen (rapid-fire) — I then did a quick tech trivia-style phone screen.
Take-home — Next was a take-home task.
2-hour onsite — The onsite involved reviewing the take-home and answering a few additional technical questions. Outcome: Offer received, and my takeaway was that the process moved quickly and felt approachable overall.
