Denver, COPosted Jan 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I followed a standard recruiter-led path into both remote screens and a formal onsite with multiple stakeholders, including another phone screen and a coding exercise.

Third-party recruiter + informal chat — A recruiter reached out, I applied online, and I had an informal discussion with the hiring manager.
Phone screen + testing — I completed a phone screen, a personality assessment, and a coding exercise.
Onsite formal interview — I interviewed on-site with the hiring manager, next-level manager, and peer developers. Outcome: No offer; despite progressing to onsite, I wasn’t selected after the full set of interviews.
