Halifax, NSPosted Apr 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a secure-token-focused, video-monitored test plus four interviews, then got stuck in a long, unclear decision timeline.

Video-monitored test — I completed a ~1-hour video-monitored test.
Four interviews — The subsequent interviews focused mostly on secure token protocols and how their software works.
Long silence and redirection — After the first two interviews I heard nothing for a while; when they finally emailed, it was addressed to another person and felt highly impersonal.
Reapply + no decision by date — I reapplied after seeing a new posting; they later gave me an expected answer date that passed, and even after checking, they said no decision had been made. Outcome: No offer;
