I went through a structured sequence that escalated from HR through senior leadership, with both a coding home assignment and multiple rounds on-site.

HR interview + technical prompt — I spoke with HR first; I was given a technical question to solve that was later checked by an engineer, plus fit-style discussion.
Personality + coding home assignment — I completed a personality test and then a coding take-home assignment.
Onsite with team leaders — I did an onsite interview with two team leaders.
Executive interviews — I spoke with the VP of R&D and then the CEO. Outcome: No offer; I reached the top of the org but ultimately didn’t get selected.
