I experienced a high-difficulty, multi-stage progression from recruiter to IQ-style testing and then a full day of in-person interviews.

Recruiter + HR questions — My first contact was a recruiter screen covering standard HR-style questions.
IQ-ish test — Next came an IQ-style assessment.
Technical phone interview — If I progressed, I had a technical phone interview.
On-site day of interviews — Then I attended a full day of in-person meetings that mixed technical questions with personality/fit questions. Outcome: No offer; I made it through the full in-person day but didn’t advance further.
