I went through an efficient but moderately technical screening process for the Software Engineer role.

Application + recruiter phone screen — I completed online personality testing plus a CCAT, then had a 30-minute call with a recruiter that covered my background with a few behavioral questions and three short technical questions.
(No further rounds captured in these notes) — The details provided stop after the recruiter screen, with no subsequent onsite steps mentioned. Outcome: No offer, and the notes only capture the early screening stage.
