Halifax, NSPosted May 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for fit, then did a follow-on coding exercise, and finally talked through my solution—ending without an offer.

In-person fit interviews — I first met in person and was asked general fit-style questions by multiple interviewers.
Take-home coding exercise (zip) — After being selected for the next round, I received a .zip with a coding exercise to complete and return.
Solution walkthrough — About a week later, I came back to discuss and walk through my solution with them. Outcome: No offer; reaching the solution review still wasn’t enough to secure a position.
