My conversations were pleasant overall, with multiple meetings involving HR and the sales management team.

The process felt efficient and easy, and the people I interacted with came across as friendly.

There was also an assessment that needed to be completed, but beyond that, the experience didn’t feel like a deep, qualification-focused evaluation. It felt more like they were ticking off requirements—checking boxes—rather than reflecting carefully on my full profile.

Because of that, it was hard to shake the feeling that the interview process was designed to move on quickly, not necessarily to explore fit in a thorough way. Even so, the tone of the meetings themselves stayed positive.
