I kept everything remote—no travel at all—and the interview experience was multi-phase.

I had conversations with the hiring manager, a senior sales leader, a sales manager, and other peer sales folks.

There were also multiple recruiter rounds, so it felt comprehensive and slightly drawn out. One memorable moment was meeting the hiring manager for lunch as part of the process.

The overall difficulty came less from specific technical questions (not described in my experience) and more from the number of people and steps involved. It felt like they wanted alignment across multiple stakeholders before reaching a decision.
