Vancouver, BCPosted Oct 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I faced a lengthy sequence starting with recruiter screening, moving through monitored online tests, and ending with a multi-interviewer in-person interview.

HR phone screening — I did an HR-related phone screen.
Online cognitive + behavioral tests — I completed a timed cognitive assessment (50 questions in 15 minutes) plus a separate HR/behavioral test (15 minutes).
Manager phone interview — I then had a phone interview with the team manager.
Programming assignment — I completed a coding/programming task.
In-person (about 2 hours) — I interviewed in person with development, quality engineering, and a hiring manager. Outcome: No offer; despite a complete run through the full ladder, I wasn’t selected.
