Pindrop Software Engineer interview experience

They asked a range of questions that covered software algorithms and theory, and there were also practical topics tied to architecture as well as writing backend and frontend code.

What broadened it beyond pure coding was that they also covered general questions around machine learning and artificial intelligence, specifically how those ideas could be applied to detect fraud patterns. It didn’t feel like a gotcha process, just a fairly wide survey of how I thought across multiple areas, and I didn’t feel overwhelmed by the pace or expectations.
