Photon Software Engineer interview experience

The interviews themselves felt easy in the sense that if someone was good at their role, it seemed like it would be enough to move forward.

At the same time, management didn’t come across as great, which colored my view of the process beyond just the questions. I didn’t receive an offer, but I walked away thinking the hiring bar wasn’t the hard part—the bigger unknown was how the team leadership and environment would feel after joining.
