Photon Software Engineer interview experience

The first technical round was handled internally, and the second was taken by the client. I cleared everything I was asked to do, but even after finishing the interview about two weeks earlier, I didn’t receive an offer letter yet. When HR finally did show up with the final steps, the HR conversation felt harsh, which added tension to the already delayed timeline. The interview itself didn’t drag, but the post-interview waiting and the pressure in the last round made the experience feel uncomfortable.
