I attended the Phenom drive in Vizag and started with an aptitude-style first round.

The second stage was a technical discussion, but I didn’t qualify for it. Honestly, it was still a good experience because I got a clearer picture of what they were screening for.

What stood out most was that the aptitude/testing component carried a lot more weight than anything else, and it didn’t involve English/coding-heavy evaluation. The qualifying threshold felt very difficult to clear, so my focus would have been better suited to reasoning and aptitude patterns rather than expecting a broader technical filter right away.
