Jaipur, RajasthanPosted Jan 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a multi-step process that started with resume shortlisting and an online aptitude-style test/communication step, and then moved into two technical interviews before an HR round.

The overall sequence was clear in the order of stages: first they looked at my background, then they ran an assessment to gauge fundamentals and communication, and only after clearing that did I get into the technical rounds.

The technical interviews were split into levels. In the first technical level, I was asked technical questions, and then the second level shifted toward scenario-style and project-based discussion. The HR round came afterward and wasn’t positioned as an eliminator—it felt more like a fit and communication check.

Difficulty-wise, it leaned challenging but not chaotic.
