I went through a straightforward technical + HR sequence with a small design task, and I didn’t make it past the later stage.

Technical (theory + frontend task) — I answered theory questions for about 30 minutes, then was asked to design a sample React component (a search bar).
HR interview (scheduled) — After the technical round, an HR round was planned. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was to be ready not only with concepts but also to design a small UI component during the technical screen.
